Hello, my name is Neethu. I am a freelance transcriptionist with over 5 years of experience in general transcription.

​In my few years of transcribing I have taken on various audio file types such as interviews, group sessions, meetings and conference calls. I do all my own work including raw and review.

I pride myself in customer satisfaction, I work one on one with my clients to quickly address any concerns they may have, as well as keep them up to date on the progress of the work if I run into any problems while transcribing the file.

I personally do not feel that any true transcriber can guarantee 100% accuracy unless they have listened to the audio file first, and because of this I never guarantee 100%, however I can guarantee I will get the file as accurate as possible.

All my transcripts are 100% confidential, and am always willing to sign a NDA agreement.

I use Microsoft Word for all my transcripts.
